It is up to you to read our terms of use and look for updates before using the services provided by Grambutler. By signing up and using Grambutler, you agree that you have read the guide and agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Grambutler is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way. Grambutler is not endorsed or certified by Instagram. All Instagram TM logos and trademarks displayed on this application are property of Instagram.
2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Grambutler services at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your Instagram account is blocked, banned or deleted for any reason. We are not responsible if any of our content partners make mistakes or provide misinformation for third-party custom content that is created from publicly available sources.
4. We may require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for our services including the use of third party softwares, and we do require username and password for account management.
5. We may require you to share content for custom content graphic editing, and we do not accept any responsibility if the content you provide is incorrect.
6. We may use publicly available sources for news sharing and reviews; we are not liable if the information available online is incorrect and will take timely action to make corrections upon request with proof of facts.
7. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments gained through our consulting services is not guaranteed to you in any way. It depends on many factors outside of our control, for example: the quality of your content and consistency. Results will vary per account.
8. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special other third party services. We do not accept any responsibility for special services provided by others. We cannot guarantee photos liked and accounts followed by your account to be of appropriate material. (Example: photos containing nudity with the hash-tags #fashion #food #fitness)
9. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of Grambutler services. We work on instagrams platform and do not have responsibility for any problems caused by Instagram.
10. We are not responsible for misinformation on Instagram by any of the channels we associate or partner with.
11. You agree that upon purchasing our monthly subscription service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Stripe or any other payment processing option. You understand that your re-occurring payment term will automatically renew for the same amount monthly, unless stated otherwise in writing by Grambutler Marketing Inc. if you fail to cancel or notify us for cancellation, the payments will continue to be processed monthly. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to terminate your account and permanently ban your IP address. If you fail to reply within 1 week you will automatically forfeit any chance of a refund for that months and previous months payments and instead be applied “time” as service for the monies paid.
12. You understand that the monthly payment is due on the first day for our service, unless specifically stated otherwise to you directly in writing. If you do not pay on the first day of the service, you understand and agree that Grambutler Marketing Inc. has the right to terminate all services and end any agreement in place at any point of the month due to the late payment.
13. You understand that we do not offer a refund after the invoice is paid for a one-month subscription, and we allow you to cancel anytime but you will not provide a refund for invoices that have been paid unless there is a clear mistake.
14. You understand that at high traffic times, it may take up to 3 days to get your account set up.
15. You understand that you will be removed from receiving our services if the payment is not made on the due date of each month, starting from the day that you sign up and subscribe to one of our plans.
16. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you decide to do so.
17. Grambutler does not tolerate spam activity. You understand that Grambutler has the right to ban you from using our consulting services for any reason.
18. You understand and agree that you will not use other Instagram related services while your account is active on Grambutler; this is due to the fact that too much activity can cause your account to be temporarily or permanently blocked. You accept full responsibility for your actions related to additional growth services.
19. Since Grambutler is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. We do not refund upon sudden change of mind.
    However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
    Therefore, we honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
    Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints, which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes, will not be honoured.
20. You understand that Grambutler may use third party companies, including Instagram, to provide account statistics and information. Grambutler is in no way liable or responsible for any inaccurate information provided by third party companies.
21. You understand that Grambutler may use third party content creators who may make mistakes. Grambutler is in no way liable or responsible for any inaccurate information provided by third party content creators.
22. You understand and agree that you can not use other growth services while you are subscribed to Grambutler. Grambutler will not be held liable or responsible for any third party services that you may use to boost account growth.
23. Grambutler will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer from using instagram. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Grambutler uses the Internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website.
24. You understand that we use third party applications such as E-mail and Whatsapp for communication; we do not accept any responsibility or liability if third party applications do not work properly or cause delays in our response to your inquiries.
25. You understand that by sending us any form of content, you give Grambutler Marketing Inc. full rights to use that content for promotional purposes with no limitations, including the use of advertising on instagram without any limitations. All and any content sent to Grambutler Marketing Inc. grants full ownership and rights, and it is your responsibility to ensure the content is accurate and owned by you. Any claims or damages caused as a result of content creators, whether Grambutler team or third party services, will remain in full responsibility of the client and it’s associated parties who provided content to Grambutler Marketing Inc.
26. You understand that Grambutler has the full rights to edit or delete any posts at its full discretion for any reason, without being held responsible for any outcome.
27. You understand that Grambutler may use Artificial intelligence to enhance its operations including third party services such as OpenAI for caption writing, content planning, consulting, and any other form of communications and operations. Grambutler does not accept any responsibility for mistakes or misinformation by any of these tools.
28. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
